| Me and Courtney. I took some other pictures with Courtney and Whitney and they erased them all!!! We went to the premiere of the Hunger Games at midnight on Thursday night. We met at the theater at 6:00pm and set up our table and chairs. We had all kinds of food and games. We were near the front of the line and wondered if we were crazy for sitting around for 6 hours waiting for a movie to start. But then we decided if we were home we would be cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, or helping with homework, so sitting around with friends seemed like a great idea!!!! We waited outside for 4 hours and at 10:00 they let us in the the theatre. Then 11:59 FINALLY arrived and we saw the show. It was great. I just love all that Katniss represents. She is kind, she is a caregiver, and seems to always put others before herself. Even in the darkest of situations she looks out for those that may need her help never wondering what is in it for her. Courtney and I went with Mark to see it again today! |
Madison went at noon and waited 12 hours (and wasn't even first in line) - I think you're all crazy! Sounds like you had fun though!
