We had a special program at our school on Tuesday, September 11th. The halls of the school were lined with over 3,000 names. The names of each of the victims of the 9/11 terrorists attacks. Our principal said it best when he said, "Each of the names on the walls represent a person who had a family and friends. Their life was cut short simply because they were Americans." It has been quite sobering to walk the halls of our school these last few days. I am grateful to be an American and extremely grateful to those that protect my freedom.
